Job description
As per the NATS guidelines, fresh graduates will be eligible for enrollment under the Apprenticeship Program.
Duration of Apprenticeship: 6 months

NATS Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh Graduates should apply for the program.
- Pass-out in the last 5 years from the date of enrollment.
- Applicant should not have any PF & ESIC account opened in the past.
- Candidates pursuing Masters may be enrolled considering graduation credentials.
- Final Year Bachelors students may be enrolled upon receipt of e-marksheets.
Exclusions:
- Candidates who are pursuing MBBS, CA and Lawyers to be excluded.
- Our Apprenticeship program will be for the duration of 6 months, hence Engineering/B.Tech. students to be excluded.
- Candidates who have completed Masters/PG does not fall under NATS purview.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the helpdesk of the branch
- Leads generation, facilitate account opening and processing of service requests
- Sales / Cross selling of savings and other products (assets/liabilities)
- Processing of Non-Financial Transactions (Mini Statement, Balance Enquiry, Cheque book request, nominee update)
- Outbound client facing activities & account opening
- Document verification with originals and EDD
- Compliance based client visits (HSM etc.)
