Mobility Sales Lead

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to handle Retail & B2C Sales in the Telecom/ISP industry. The role involves achieving sales targets for assigned territories (urban & rural), managing multiple distribution channels (direct, indirect, and alternate), and driving overall growth across products and towns. The candidate will be responsible for developing new markets, managing key retail and modern trade outlets, ensuring policy compliance, and leading a team of distributors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned territory.
  • Manage distribution channels – Direct, Indirect, and Alternate.
  • Plan and achieve product-wise and town-wise growth.
  • Develop channel presence in new markets.
  • Drive device, activation, and recharge business through distributors.
  • Manage key retail and modern trade outlets.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Monitor, train, and support the team and channel partners.
