Job Description
Ntex Transportation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring FMCG Field Sales Executives to expand our customer base and strengthen client relationships. The role focuses on identifying prospects, developing sales strategies, and achieving business growth. Candidates must be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through cold calling, client meetings, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute creative strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass.
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years in FMCG or field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.
- Must be comfortable with field work (6 working days).
- Only male candidates are eligible.
