Bancassurance Life Insurance – 4.2 lacs

Job Description:
We are looking for a Bancassurance Manager to generate leads from assigned banks and cross-sell life insurance to bank customers. The role involves customer business development, relationship management, exploring customer financial needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, completing sales documentation, and ensuring prompt issuance of policies. Candidates with experience in Life, Health, or General Insurance and BFSI channels are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from assigned banks and cross-sell life insurance products
  • Understand customer financial and insurance needs and recommend suitable products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Facilitate completion of medical reports and ensure timely policy issuance
  • Explore new markets/segments in line with company sales strategy
  • Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams through coaching, client visits, and product knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in insurance channels or BFSI
  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Strong track record and employment stability
