Job Description
Nykaa is hiring Buyer Onboarding Executives (BDEs) to onboard retailers, generate orders, and expand business presence across multiple towns. Candidates with prior experience in FMCG or Cosmetics/Beauty Division sales are preferred.
Locations:
Tirupati, Puttur, Nagari, Inkollu (Bapatla), Madanapalle (Chittoor), Gudivada
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage retailers in the assigned locations.
- Visit shops to generate and manage daily orders.
- Build strong relationships with retailers to drive consistent sales.
- Ensure proper market coverage and product visibility.
- Provide regular sales updates and market feedback.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Intermediate / Degree (any stream).
- Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Retail Sales (e.g., Nykaa, HUL, ITC, Dabur, P&G, CavinKare, etc.).
- Must have shop-to-shop order experience.
- Notice Period: Less than 15 days.
- Only male candidates can apply.
- Should be ready for field work (6 days a week).
